Title: patent land how do you get it off the tax roll !

I have a patented mine in California. How do i get the county to honor a land patent.who can help.

If you have had no success dealing with the county I would recommend is talking to a local lawyer with experience dealing in land patents.  He can advice you whether you need to go to council to plead your case, or whether you need to go the root of the court or some other path.
