769 Sycamore - 19 Bids - Sold $55,600

642 Cherry - 7 Bids - Sold $41,000 (good luck with that one)

Not a horrible buy, but he's got his work cut out for him. Depends how much he's looking to cash out, but judging just by exterior he won't have much left when all is said and done.

Then again, what do i know  ;)
