Just went past the 2 welland properties today, both large buildings in great need of repair, if not tear downs! Also both in the bad part of town.  Do your research on these 2, Properties around them are also not selling for much.  Thanks but I'll pass on this one.

The real junker on Burgar St has redeemed. This is a bit surprising. The other is not as nice as the pics on OTS but better than Burga. It is all boarded up. It is listed for sale so it may still redeem. You can probably find more info or see inside pics on MLS.CA. The minimum is pretty high, but there are two units here. Some potential for the right person. Good luck.
