Greetings all, 1st timer on here.
Looking at a commercial property with a tenant (lease details I do not know)
Is this lease still in effect after successful tax sale?
I know on a residential Power of Sale by a Bank, the Buyer must assume Tenant, as the Residential Tenancies Act supercedes the Mortgage Act.
