Title: selling a condo I bought sight unseen at a tax sale

Having a little problem selling this one even though it is ground level.

any suggestions  ;D

when doing your due diligence always check the label for MADE IN CHINA

 The contracts for this job were signed in Quebec; built out of reclaimed Chinese drywall from the US.
