Title: Re: Two GTA Sherriffs Sales

There are three properties. Don't know which one is not considered GTA by Dave2.

I am the successful winner of one of these three properties. (The other two, IMHO, both winners will require a lot of luck to gain anything with their respective successful bid). It turned out that I got way more than what I bargained for. It went way beyond an ordinary Sheriff's Sale. It's complicated and interesting and educational. Are there media people out here? I offer to sell my story - I guarantee it's newsworthy. The same offer is also extended to those who sell lectures on property investments or flipping houses.  ;)
