Title: Everyone keeping their head down
Post by: ErnestBidder on November 01, 2017, 01:41:14 AM
Everyone seems to be keeping their head down, and their fingers engaged in their keyboard, or adding machine, either finding for figuring out the deals; seems to have been some attractive properties lately, but what's happening? Is no one winning? Or did something so nice fall into your lap, at such a low cost as to be unbelievable, that you will not talk about it (Wiley Coyote), but just sneak it onto the market and say naught, even after a lovely win?

Share, boys & girls, share. I love to hear success stories from others, otherwise Rob is spending his time to our benefit, but not hearing any results.

Hopefully more winners next year. Should be a surplus of properties as the new 2 year rule takes effect Jan 1. so start getting your assets liquid...

Cheers and good luck

2years??? I have been sleeping.   So they can register at 2 years instead of 3?

That means thousands of sales...all cancellations.
