Title: SALE SCHEDULE

I am new to this site.

I am curious as to why each municipality has a different sale/auction schedule.  Are these dates predetermined and do the municipalities run the auction/sale the same time each year?

Also, is there somewhere that lists the predetermined sale/auction dates for the year for selected municipalities?  I am interested in the Southeastern Alberta (e.g. Redcliff, Dunmore, Medicine Hat, Cypress County, etc.).

Local, I think it depends on when each municipality decides to tackle the issue for themsevles.  Some do it once a year and some put sales up many times within a year.
