Not a good day for Bourbon, between this and the E.U. tariff on bourbon, denim, and Harleys....have to revert to beer.

Oh no....the UK is running out of CO2 to make beer...whatever shall we do Dave... 8)

Burleigh Falls....August 22nd....mark it in your calendar, all are welcome (except Curtis of course). 

$5million property for sale for less than $300,000 (including HST).   Any bets on cancellation....beer, wine, or tequila doesn't matter, Dave drinks it all.  8)

Beer is not just for drinking.  Do you use it for any of these other uses.

Sold for $720K, + possible $300-400K evictions and legal battle with tenants and businesses.....
Also, old Oil tank in the ground +$500K of work to remove it, based on MNR report.

Looks like the suds will be flowing once again....need to book a room for Dave so he doesn't try to drive home.  8)

So are you offering to buy us all beer or wine (and give me a free room for the night) as I assume you or a few other unnamed big hitters on this board may have won this one.   Burleigh Falls was too rich for my blood and I will continue to be careful with my bids as I can see the real estate market is turning south possibly quickly.  

 The only question I have for Bee is why get rid of the tenants if they pay a fair rent.  In this business if you are not prepared to be a landlord or do some other things to get your hands dirty you restrict your long term odds for success.  .

 What is a more important though for us vultures this week was the positive news for us that was out of the supreme court of Canada this week.   See next post
