I have a question for the forum. I live in the USA and have owned vacant land for many years. The lands accessed value has gone down from 200,000 to 89,000. I would like to be able to create a sale for tax reasons this year but wondering if I do find a buyer can I repurchase from that person at a later date. Thank you

It depends on your state.  If for example this was occuring in Texas you would have a two year period where you could redeem your property.  Most states have a clause that allows you to repurchase your outstanding debt.
