Title: Gravenhurst Results Nov 15, 2018

Everything was crazy. Some people did not do the title & name search and jump on blind bidding. Over 40 people assisted at this tax sales. I reproduce the numbers from my memory.
Property 1.  First bidder $288k second $170K, total 38 bids. There were other few bids over $100k
Property #2. Fist bidder $111K  Second over $90K, total 43 bids

Is anyone visited property, does it looks ok?

Good thing I didn't waste my time.  I had a passing interest in Doe Lake property, but suspected it would be cancelled.  8)

2nd property sold for $131,900, it was a nice piece, winner getting close to market value with HST
