Hi,
I would just like to introduce a new website that may appeal to condo investors on this forum. It's called CondoCatch.com (http://www.condocatch.com), here is the link for their directory of Toronto's new condos (http://www.condocatch.com).
CondoCatch.com shows the new condo projects under development in Toronto. The site is designed to be user friendly, so all the condos are placed on a map, and the condo's essential information is distilled into a very concise format. The site isn't run by real estate agents or condo developers, so you can trust we're not just trying to sell you something.
We've just launched, so right now only the Toronto market is shown. We're trying to perfect the user experience and make it as useful as possible before we expand. If you have any feedback we would really love to hear from you, just enter your comments at the bottom of any page at CondoCatch.com.
