Thank you.

I wasn't even close to that.

Does anyone have the results from the Georgian Bluffs tax sale today?  I was unable to attend the opening.

If anyone is traveling to Springwater today for the Vespra Valley Road sale it has been redeemed.

Depending on the type of property you were trying to sell I would suggest using flatprice.ca brokerage. Very reasonable listing rates.

The only site I have used to sell property other than most is Kijiji.

My guess is Belmont Lake.

Thanks Dave2.

I kind of assumed that it wasn't worth getting involved in. I'll keep my looking for something more straight forward.

I am new to the tax sale game. At this point I have only bid on one property which was redeemed just before the closing. I would like to get more familiar with the process and bid again in the future.

Has anyone here won a bid on a property and found the previous owners occupying the building after the deal had closed?  What was your experience like?  How can you get them out?

I'd appreciate any advice.
