Hello, when municipality intentionally delays deed transfer, is any way to pressure them to speed it up, may be file complain in Municipal Tax Act overlooking agency?
So frasrtrating they sooo slow, lazy assess.

Yes, it's possible, the same scenario is just happened with Prince Edward 80AC, owner redeemed 6 days after bidder paid the balance, and municipality waited for him to pay.
It does not matter how fast bidder will "rush", if Municipality sensed that owner is "exist", they will delay as much as they can. Happens all the time....

Prince Edward 80AC was redeemed after the bidder paid in full just few min before the land transfer completed. LOL

Sold for $720K, + possible $300-400K evictions and legal battle with tenants and businesses.....
Also, old Oil tank in the ground +$500K of work to remove it, based on MNR report.
