The sale was canceled just before the opening! Everyone gets their 60 bucks back - no kidding! They were very helpful staff and even suggested everyone have a look at the package before deciding if they wanted to buy one. I suspect that the redeeming first mortgagee will have to pay for the packages.  They will mail out refund cheques but it could take a week or two since there were a large number of tenders.

These clowns have had the house go up 4 times and redeem 4 times over the last 20 years..they really should learn to do the math as they end up paying 2 or 3 times too much .. of course they have liens for income tax too .apparantly they are smarter then the rest of us fools who pay tax Grin
