I am new to this site. Could you please teach me where to check tax properties list in the site ?
I click Alberta list but there is no properities.

Sure, all of the properties for Alberta can be found here:

http://www.taxsaleproperty.org/Alberta.html

The most recent will appear first, followed by the second most recent.. etc.  The most recent update posted is for Jan 1.  If you wait a few days the new listings will become available. 

Once you pick a property you are interested in, there is a roll number.  Take that number to the local municipality and get all of the details you require (maps, actual address, any liens, check building permit status (if required) etc).

The new Alberta properties have been updated.  There is one new Alberta tax sale property under the January 31 listings.
