Village of Rycroft may, after the public auction, become the owner of any parcel of
land that is not sold at the public auction.
Terms: By close of business on the 31st day of October 2012, payment will be
accepted by certified cheque, cash or money order only.
Additional terms and conditions of sale will be announced at the sale, or may be
obtained from the undersigned.
Redemption may be effected by certified payment of all arrears of taxes and costs at
any time prior to the sale.
