or the developability of the subject land for any intended use by the successful bidder.
No bid will be accepted where the bidder attempts to attach conditions precedent to
the sale of any parcel. No terms and conditions of sale will be considered other than
those specified by the Village of Spring Lake. No further information is available at
the auction regarding the lands to be sold.
The Village of Spring Lake may, after the public auction, become the owner of any
parcel of land not sold at the public auction.
Terms: Sales are cash only with a 10% deposit upon acceptance of an offer at the
public auction with the balance of the purchase price due payable within 30 days of
the Public Auction. G.S.T. will apply to all lands sold at the Public Auction. The
deposit is non-refundable. All successful bidders are required to execute a Sale
Agreement in a form and substance acceptable to the Village of Spring Lake at the
close of the public auction.
