THE MUNICIPAL TAX SALES RULES MADE UNDER THAT ACT.
THE SUCCESSFUL PURCHASER WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY
THE AMOUNT TENDERED PLUS ACCUMULATED TAXES AND
THE RELEVANT LAND TRANSFER TAX.
THE MUNICIPALITY HAS NO OBLIGATION TO PROVIDE
