This sale is governed by Part XI of the Municipal Act, 2001 and as
amended by The Municipal Statute Law Amendment Act, 2002. The

since the first day of advertising of the land for sale until a successful
purchaser is declared) and any relevant federal or provincial taxes that
may apply (including land transfer tax and GST). Failure to complete the
transaction by the successful bidder (highest or if failed, second highest
bidder) will result in the forfeiture of their deposit.
