TAKE NOTICE that tenders are invited for the purchase of the land(s)
described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on
November 5, 2020, at St. Thomas City Hall, 545 Talbot Street, St.
Thomas, Ontario.
The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day at St.
Thomas City Hall, 545 Talbot Street, St. Thomas, Ontario at 3:30 p.m.
Description of Land(s):

PT LT 8 CON 7 YARMOUTH PT 5 11R1457; S/T E215159; ST.
THOMAS being the whole of PIN 35239-0033 (LT) and known
municipally as 42 Luton Crescent, St. Thomas, Ontario
Minimum Tender Amount: $27,858.76
LOT 1 PLAN 19, PART OF LOT 2 PLAN 19, PART OF LOT 97 E/S
MOORE ST PLAN 43, PART LANE PLAN 19 AS IN E427023; S/T
E427023, E406685 & S/T INTEREST OF THE MUNICIPALITY;
ST. THOMAS being the whole of PIN 35222-0005 (LT) and known
municipally as 606-610 Talbot St, St. Thomas, Ontario
Minimum Tender Amount: $674,863.23

Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and must be
accompanied by a deposit of at least 20 percent of the tender amount,
which deposit shall be made by way of certified cheque/bank draft/
money order payable to the municipality (or board).
The land does not include mobile hommes situate on the land(s).
This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal
Tax Sales Rules made under that Act. The successful purchaser will be
required to pay the amount tendered plus accumulated taxes and any
taxes that may be applicable, such a land transfer tax.
The municipality has no obligation to provide vacant possession to the
successful purchaser.
According to the last returned assessment roll for 42 Luton Crescent,
St. Thomas, the assessed value of the land is $245,000.00
According to the last returned assessment roll for 606-610 Talbot
Street, St. Thomas, the assessed value of the land is $105,000.00

TAKE NOTICE that tenders are invited for the purchase of the lands
described below and will be received until 3:00 p.m. local time on
November 4, 2020, at the Township of Wollaston Municipal Office, 90
Wollaston Lake Road, Coe Hill Ontario (if mailing, include P.O. Box
99 in address)
The tenders will then be opened in public on the same day as soon
as possible after 3:00 p.m. at the Township of Wollaston Municipal
Office, 90 Wollaston Lake Road, Coe Hill.

Minimum Tender Amount: $4,512.01

0198 (LT); LT 18 N/S SPRING ST PL 290; WOLLASTON;
COUNTY OF HASTINGS; File No. 18-02
According to the last returned assessment roll, the assessed value
of the land is $10,200.
Minimum Tender Amount: $4,472.25

3. Roll No. 12 54 000 020 28500 0000; South Side Spring St., Coe
Hill; PIN 40124-0193 (LT); LT 21 S/S SPRING ST PL 290;
WOLLASTON; COUNTY OF HASTINGS; File No. 18-03
According to the last returned assessment roll, the assessed value
of the land is $2900
Minimum Tender Amount: $4,512.93

Tenders must be submitted in the prescribed form and must be
accompanied by a deposit of at least 20 per cent of the tender amount,
which deposit shall be made by way of a certified cheque/bank draft/
money order payable to the municipality.
Except as follows, the municipality makes no representation regarding
road access, the title to or any other matters relating to the lands to be
sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential
purchasers. The assessed value, according to the last returned assessment
roll, may or may not be representative of the current market value of the
property.
This sale is governed by the Municipal Act, 2001 and the Municipal
Tax Sales Rules made under that Act. The successful purchaser will
be required to pay the amount tendered plus accumulated taxes and
any taxes that may be applicable, such as a land transfer tax and HST.
The municipality has no obligation to provide vacant possession to the
successful purchaser.
