 Just a suggestion- talks about future postings but that is all. I suggest as starters,-inform the public by posting the Ontario legislation dealing with Tax arrear sales. Before you bid--read it and take note; The municipality is solely responsible after the final bid to clear liens and do the legal work to TRANSFER the deed to the successful bidder--at NO COST. Get this, CAUTION: Crown/Provinicial INTERESTS are EXEMPT
 Some townships refuse to comply with this section- for a reason--be cautious--dealing with tax arrears is a dangerous business---reason  is that the owner can come after you if you took part in the transfer and city is off the hook. Many dangers await---If you take possion of a dwelling and stay--have a pack of mean dogs stationed or a shot gun :^/
