There is nothing worth anything left - I'd be surprised to see bids on anything.

None of the vacants are buildable. Who would buy them? Only good for immediate neighbors.

Petermar Dr, Vacant land (tender #T12-425) - Sold for $256,000 (2 bids)
Petermar Dr, Vacant land (tender #T12-426) - Sold for $256,000 (3 bids)
Petermar Dr, Vacant land (Tender#T12-427) - Sold for $256,000 (3 bids)
Highway 27, E/S, vacant land  - Sold for $18,501  (1 bid)
Highway 7, N/S, vacant land - Sold for $52,000  (4 bids)
Humber Bridge Trail, vacant land, - Sold for $120,000 (2 bids)

The rest were cancelled or had no bids.

What I want to know is who bids the exact same amount of money ($256,000) on 3 totally different pieces of vacant land?  He/she obviously did not do any research.

I think we are all puzzled.... 3 bids same amount of money, sounds like a builder with lots of cash; maybe they did do their research. Its Woodbridge I guess anything can happen.
P.S. what's with the negative karma ???

There is a lot of new money wondering around complements of the stock market and family trusts (yes hard to believe).  Many willingly buy multi-million dollar new homes out of the gate.  A developer wouldn't have any issue at all with these kind of purchases.  Don't know these properties, but suppose only one was of any value, the other two could be used as buffering land to the neighbours.

Years ago my wife and I investigated a charming brick farm house, that appeared to be abandoned, not.  Was owned by a group of doctors.  They sat on that property (and surrounding land, assuming they didn't sell to another group) for nearly twenty years.  Its now all those malls on the south side and possible north side of hwy88 at Bradford.

All of above are EP lands. How is the value determined on these restricted non-buildable lands?

shah is correct - these lands are EP and there is a creek running through them - no way will they ever be built on - I suspect foolish bidding by someone - very foolish... unless each neighbour wanted to pay $256K to expand their own lot which I very highly doubt. Very silly; I wish the winner would voice their thoughts.

pjdd - here's a positive for you... happy Friday.

Thank's drago408 for the info...here is your first positive karma; again I am still puzzled over the results, this thread seems to be coming to a end... I guess we will all keep guessing what was the deal?? 8)
