The more I stay involved with this business the more I am convinced that to be successful you have to stay focused. Surprisingly I think it is not money or other assets that is often the problem.
Often the problem we have is, we can't get enough time for tax sales; because we are wasting time on other events. You know the time for investigation etc.
On this long holiday weekend I thought I would give a personal secret how to eliminate one time waster.
