Roll # 0706 000 050 08000 Minimum Tender Amount: $ 18,390.82
Google earth 44?45'35.55"N 75?44'18.10"W Appears to be house/barn/chicken coop at 8874 county 15 Augusta Ontario ( google map use 8700) see attached image ( must be logged in) Probably not worth the drive, If is a house worth anything it will redeem , If its the chicken coop it is not worth the minimum ( I may be off by a few feet so the buildng may not be on the sale parcel)
2. Description of Lands: CON 9 PT LOT 37.Roll # 0706 000 050 18600 Minimum Tender Amount: $ 9,026.80
Google earth 44?45'11.75"N 75?45'6.18"W vacant swamp just east of 9100 county 6 Augusta Ontario ( google map is off by 1000 ft so 9096 shows as east property line ) Probably not worth minimum to anyone other then the adjacent owner
