Hello All
I couldn't find the previous thread that I had read about this upcoming sale. I recall that someone had called CMHC and found out that there is a lien on the property. I was curious as to how much the lien may be now. The township office stated that it was about 19K two years ago.
Anyone have any details.
thanks

I got an email today form elizabethtown-Kitley that the Taxes where payed and sale cancelled.
This was interesting to research, the owner died in 2000 and I thought that she would nt drag her self out of the grave and being that it was 6 years any creditors should of been satisfied or forgot. There was a Crown Lean still on the property from CMHC. According to the lady at CMHC the executors to the property were young and were not responsible and/or make decisions. The estate was in the hands of the lawyers who where dragging things out and seem to be the only ones profiting.
