If so, please share your experience. I'd be curious to see what you thought of the vaue for your money, experience, usefulness, etc.

I joined for $40 USD/year and found GovernmentAuctions.org's (http://www.governmentauctions.org) foreclosure information (http://www.governmentauctions.org/gNoFeeSt.asp) very useful. I only took a brief look at their government auction information b/c I'm not interested in that, but it seemed fine. I think the value is great, because most other sites that provide that level of foreclosure and pre-foreclosure property listings charge $40/month, and here I got it for $40 for the year, so I am very happy. :D
