Hey all,
Cobourg is having a sale in Dec. it sounds like there are multiple lots, (some Lake Ontario water front) that are minuts to down town. The catch is that these lots have been land locked by the train tracks and are only accessible by water? I'm no speculator, but it seems to me these will be very valuable lots sooner or later. Some one will build a bridge over or go under the tracks at some point?? :-\
