Boy am I impressed. He picks a site for the next party and arranges to list it on a tax sale. :D
Just wish I had his panache and style.
Guess that means we all have to stand back and let him buy it.
To see what I am referring to see Kawartha Lakes;
http://www.tri-target.com/listlist.php?municipality=Kawartha%20Lakes
Roll #1651 001 00739708.0000 BLK C PL 466 S/T INTEREST IN A46112; KAWARTHA LAKES PIN 63252-0417 (LT)
Minimum Tender Amount: $14,083.24
Comes complete with big pool. ;D
Thats why he is a very worthy candidate for the top dog.

The zoning, location, and legal description tells me that this property belongs to the abutting sub-division as a joint community facility. In some of these cases, all hell breaks loose when one or more parties withhold their annual dues, and then they get into trouble as an association. It will in all likelyhood be redeemed by a group of the 'owners', and there is likely a provision that the others will be excluded. The new ownership group will then look to change the zoning and subdivide it further, but this may or may not be possible as it appears to abut a wetland. Time will tell, let me know when the big bash will be and I'll try to attend. 8)

ps. the key is likely this phrase in the legal description.....'S/T INTEREST IN A46112', someone get a copy of that document and let us know what it says please. 8)
