Title: Guaranteed Tax Sale Wins - Even better then OTS
Post by: Dave2 on April 25, 2011, 07:56:52 AM
On the latest weekly posting do I detect a new method to win tax sales guaranteed.  i.e. hold the sale and don't tell anyone until sale is over.  Then post the sale notice.

Just one question Rob how do I get on the advance distribution list that no one else gets informed of.  Probably reserved for this guy  8) who has such a good / bad karma ratio.

:'(Building up for tender again. Township paying BIG buck$ to OTS to list again. MIn tender under $10k--watch the suckers get taken. Close to $1 million crown liens and get this-land discription states--river edge bullsh!t-that might have been true before subdivided. Normally township after no bids relists the property but adds over $3k for OTS's advertising bill but not this one. Why? Easy, once the sucker bids--the crown lien stays(his/her other properties can be hooked for the liens) and the township collects megga property taxes on the worthless dump.
OTS has a contact us web referral--last week,I sent them a letter complaining--fraud on OTS part--no reply
Caution in any freebie from OTS--if OTS does NOT show the outline of the property or warning clauses--run :^/

If you are going to have paranoid delusions..please try to accurate...the full extend of liability for crown liens end at forfeiture of the land ..no different then buying a car with a lien

The gazette notice in BOLD

Except as follows, the municipality makes no representation regarding
the title to, interest of the crown or any other matters relating to the land
to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the
potential purchasers.

Might be just a bit of a clue that there may be a crown lien... and as discussed on multiple posts..the town  cannot  tell you there is a lien..all they can do is warn you that there might be one

and in defence of OTS  if you want ots to tell you about a lien,,pay for their title search service. Their  job is to run tax sales for the town who is their client

paranoid delusions ?  Udummy PFM1011! I'll bet you work for the OTS scammers. The township knows that there is megga Crown liens. This property got ZERO bids last time.  The town Clerk admitted that the property discription is FALSE and does not go to the river shore. FYI: this was brought to my attention on the last sale. OTS is a tool ---before the properties come up in the Ontario Gazette--Bingo--Township pays big buck$ to have photos and display. My point is that  the sale is over and the township got to own the property and is flogging it again, a very dangerous position for anyone to own this property.  PFM1011 suggests, Township pays OTS in the thousands of dollars to flog this property and posts a disclaimer-- and it's up to the buyer.  Garbage my dear man:^/
