50 acres on waddell rd looks great until you drive about 1000 feet up the road ...which is also upwind
That massive construction is a 1200 head pig farm with 125 head of cattle . The pond they are building is a 1 million gallon storage for the waste.
A 200 head has a setback recommendation of 1/2 mile for smells so you can imagine how bad this will be
not even mentioning the yummy well water....
Free advice worth every penny you paid. :)

I am Mountainman
PFM I doth fear that the intent of the post is to keep bidders at bay
The pork is a kilometer away,
1200 is not a number to dread
when the real count is less than 500 head,
But alas there is no point to chirp
all I say now is "BURP",
For I am Mountainman

I dont play that game as I am not bidding on this one. The true value is a single home on a nice lot but a million gallons of piss and crap upwind may ruin your morning unless you have some strange fetish.
I later found heads were reduced in Nov 20 but the 4.5 million ltr waste pond still exists. You also know that the heads will be increased again in a year or two after the town folks settle down.
I would be pissed if I bid and then had to put up with a pig farm and any bidders should be glad I brought this up as nothing worse than losing to uneducated bidder who misses details.
Good news is no indoor grow ops are planned in the area so at least you get a good sky as you vomit , could be worse , could be chickens.
As I said free advice worth every penny .
