Property #1 - 19 bids...winning bid $55 100...2nd place 47 550

Property #2 - Winning bid $18 850 - lowest $6000

Property # 3 - no valid tenders

Property # 4 - Duplex on Colbourne - Winning Bid $36 250...lowest $8 786...

nice reasonable bidding here. Everything far below the assessed or real value and all the winners got a good deal.

I  question the 156 Paradise lane Bid. I think it was a little high  It is zoned seasonal It does have a building but you will have to deal with the Moria river conservation on everything. I  would be curious to see what the new owner will do with the property The house was a good buy just my opinion

The duplex..good deal for a local ..needs work but at that price you could scrap the building and still be ahead.

that qualifys as a "damn well bought"

Nice bidding as PFM said...but I'm sure the winners and losers know all of this by now...just reference material for those who didn't bid.
