I also have a very nice 5 bedroom house for sale near UWO in London. It is a very unique house in an older neighbourhood, can be used for students or as a family home...single car garage, circular drive, party deck. Looking for a May 1st closing. Get it now, before we list it. Looking for $299,999. If you have a son or daughter who attends school there, put it in their name (no tax on principle residence, and the first time land transfer rebate now applies to used residential as well.....there is a small study off of the ground floor bedroom, with two bedrooms upstairs, and two down....your kid will live there free (as has mine).
