Title: Now that Inflation has removed precious metals - what about mining claims
Post by: Dave2 on December 11, 2010, 09:29:13 PM
In case you haven't noticed it I guess with the high cost of precious metals we no longer have bronze silver etc.  and us oldtimers have even lost some of our stars  :'(

I personally don't like to get sidetracked about the pro's and con's of tax sale publicity from the more important task of making money and getting expensive toys like a big boat and the accessories that come with it.  Jeff is not the only the player and has every right to offer his wares.  You can elect to buy or not buy.  There is even one site for sale if you want to get into the business.

On a similar vein now that I cannot get precious metal ratings from this site; I thought I would try and find my own.  Just wondering if anyone has bought a tax sale mining claim and what was their experience.

The one thing I am not certain of is if the claim would be still valid given the need as I understand it to do annual work on it.

Comments.

This week's Ontario gazette lists hundreds of properties with mining rights and the government threatens to foreclose due to non payment of  property taxes. a Posted Warning notice--this is NOT a Tax sale. Does anyone know what's happening?
Regarding safe investments--best bet--Military manufacturing companies
