Title: WHERE IS EVERYONE ????????

With over 400 members there should be constant dialog , now that the number of tax sales have increased.
Lets start talking about upcoming sales , as well as the shape of the realestate market , and how you think its going to affect the tender pricing.

following on that point, with the number of posts coming in, I am finding it hard to keep up since when you go to the site, the most convenient method is to view the 10 most recent posts.  Any chance we can increase the number?

Sure I'll change the number on the main page, but I might leave smaller pages with the smaller menu or else the side menu tends to take over the page.

The traffic on here doesn't seem bad at all to me. The fact that we have some VERY knowledgable people on here in the tax sale process is more important than having a quantity of people with little or no knowledge.

I would suggest for increasing traffic/useability to maybe go to a different system such as Vbulletin for the forums instead of the free simple machines forum. They're more user friendly and more visually appealing to most.

I have a license for 5 websites using Vbulletin and would be happy to give a copy for this website and help with setup if needed.

Thank you for the offer.  I do have copy of VBulletin.  I personally like Simple Machine Forums, I like the company and the history behind the product.  It is also Canadian based which I want to support where possible and I like the fact that is different than most boards used on web and it has great admin features like banning chains of IP addresses.  There are different themes I could use that might be more appealing but I've hacked up this copy quite a bit and I am not looking forward to making those changes all over again.  But I may add more features to give users more options of preferences.  Just let me know what you guys might like to see.

I just wanted to say thank you for putting up this webiste and I assume someone's paying for it?  You - thank you for that, too.
It's a great forum.  I've learned a lot, opened my mind a little more, and hopefully I've taught something, too.   Thanks again, Rob!

I agree this is a great resource. Right now is quite busy for me with all the new Alberta listings I am busy locating some and hoping they stay on the block so I can get some auction experience under my belt. The last batch of listings that were anywhere close to me disappeared on me before they went auction.

It's a great site and I check in here once and awhile. I have definitely learnt alot about the whole tax sale process and just missed out on one due to a cancellation. Looking forward to next time!! KUDOS!!!
