Really interested to see that people are claiming you can make $50 - $100,000 profit from each tax sale.

I wonder if they have ever heard of checkerboard lots. Come to think of it maybe I should offer to sell a couple of winnings to these guys for only $25,000 profit so they can flip and get the
rest of the $50,000 - $100,000 profits coming from each sale. Maybe we should set up a booth
outside of the talk. Anyone want to participate? ;D

Geez Dave, do I detect a bit of sarcasm? There is obviously huge money in this, that's why we no longer hear from Frank or PFM. They've made their millions and they have now retired. ;D
Seriously though, not only are the gains slim on the few you might win, but each tender will run you $250 or so in searches etc payable win or lose. Now if you want to take a chance without searching title and executions, there are some stories on this board that you should read first.

Hey Dave
I/we have a large number to put up at $25 000.00 profit!!!

The only high profit sale that guy is making is from the dummies that pay for whatever information that he's selling.

I figured PFM/Frank were out in the tropics for awhile probably at one of those "family" resorts in Jamaica where you take your "accessories" to help spend your millions when your boat is put away for the winter.
Now they are back, taking our cue from Rob's family day post; it looks I have found the perfect site for one of the board members to set up a comparable resort in Ontario.
Looks like the perfect location to have the accessories lose their clothes and have a very exclusive au naturel beach resort in summer.
Roll No. 41 02 590 001 15400 0000; Island 41B; PIN 33344-0146(LT)
ISLAND 41B ALBEMARLE IN LAKE HURON, OPPOSITE THE TWP
OF ALBEMARLE; SOUTH BRUCE PENINSULA File 08-02.
Minimum Tender Amount $ 7,104.20
Gee I wonder if the township has any zoning limits on the amount of accessories you are allowed to have co-habit with you. ;D IF its only a few maybe you can get them classifed as an endangered species.
Anyone know if a "naturist" reserve qualifies for a reduced property tax.

Hi Dave:
Speaking of islands, how are your two coming along? I would be more than happy to spend a couple of weeks on the Georgian Bay island to scout things out for you. I have a couple of weeks in July ;D.
I'll pm you about future considerations.
Mike

The island also has a very interesting history as it was originally owned by one of northern Ontario's biggest bootleggers; Jimmy (Nicknamed 'the devil') McColeman'. http://www.themississagilighthouse.com/ships.html
There is also a ship wreck off it that was burned allegedly because of some sort of dispute between Mr. McColeman and some relatives of a notorius Irish family from Lucan; the Black Donnelly's. http://www.donnellys.com/mainpage.html
The fun work begins when we start the septic system upgrade:
