Have an very unusual and possibly very lucrative property purchase opportunity. Not a tax sale and at this time no realtor involvement. If property passes screening total investment is over 6 figures and that is just the start but property will probably lend itself to a flip with significant profit in its early phases of development.
I want to form a swat team to investigate and if suitable acquire the property. Funny enough if you have done significant tax sale work, probably a good background in early phases but other skills will be needed. I only want a limited number of participants so have the financial horsepower to come up with at least $50,000 unencumbered.
If interested contact Dave2 by private message. Depending on who you are I will be guarded in my initial disclosures until you go through a full background checkout. Idealy you have done some posting here and like the sailing saying I can get an feeling of "the cut of your Jib".
One final comment this is not the type of investment for the faint hearted. You could lose it all or have a realistic 1000+ percent return. Which it is we will not know until we get a lot deeper into the whole process. Initial investment is low but time (possibly significant) will be needed until we do due diligence.
