Title: Please walk me thru the process and extra costs

Say I read about a property that I wanted to bid on....

Now what?  How do I find out about liens, crown interest etc.,. 

What are the costs for searches?

I suggest you read everything on this site and at OntarioTaxsales.ca  All the info you need to get started is all there.
No one is going to hold your hand or walk you through the process, but we would be more than happy to address specific questions you have.
