Title: Hastings Highlands

Does anyone know what "part lot 9, concession 11, geographic township of McClure, now the Municipality of Hastings Highlands, Designated as part 45, reference plan HSR-134, right of way over part of lots 9 and 10, concession 11, Designated as part 65" means? It seems a very complicated description, like it is not about a single lot.

I know a few of us were beating the bushes on this one. Did anyone go to the tender opening? With the price of gas I won't be attending too many!!!

The highest bid was 11,100 and the second was around 10,500

A bit more than I was willing to pay but someone got a nice lot that is probably worth 15-20K if cleaned up.
