Couldn't help but notice that Dave's party pool in Kawartha is for sale again. DaveNo party as we are out of power with the storm that hit yesterday
Dave, let us know when you are hosting your first pool part, I believe you now owe just about everyone on the board a beer or two.

Frank: Rather then a pool party how about a party in Cayuga. Haldimand County Tender Package - http://www.haldimandcounty.on.ca/uploadedFiles/Residents/Taxes/Official%20Tax%20Sale%20Tender%20Package.pdf I mean of 22 properties at least a few should not redeem. After the bid opening we could all go to your old stomping ground. http://www.torontomotorsportspark.com/dragway/index.html?p=flash I wonder if Netpred could bring his wheels.
Love the races at Cayuga. When I was a lot younger spent a lot of time at Humberstone and one of my old cars, a 62 Fairlane got modified to run the oval. About 2:00 am owing to some funny atmospheric conditions son of a gun if I pulled in CKOC just as they were running the Cayuga ad. Made me homesick. Too bad I didn't know your background. Remember this offer I got in the winter for one of my island properties.? (see photo) Maybe I could have exchanged it for something you might have in a three way deal and we could drive down together to the opening. (only way I could get it by my boss.) You have so much better control of these matters then I do. Unfortunately that property is now sold for more conventional and boss pleasing items.
