No party as we are out of power with the storm that hit yesterday

Its the summer doldrums and things are so quiet we have to do something to liven it up but all the good properties are down Windsor way.


But taking this to its fullest potential lets imagine how this guy  
would use the following information at his next pool party or did he already?  

  As he turns offs the main power circuit breaker to the outdoor lights.
 
"Gee girls the power just went off and it is getting dark, I guess we don't need any bathing suits"

Combine this the following scientific proof and it shows how a property can be used to "its highest and best use" as the appraisers  say.

When I was a lot younger spent a lot of time at Humberstone and one of my old cars, a 62  Fairlane got modified to run the oval.

Remember the ads about Cayuga one of the Hamilton radio stations (I believe it was CKOC) used to run a long time ago with the load sound of a hotrod engine being revved?

My personal favourite story about Cayuga happened over 40 years ago when I was in the navy for the summer as communications officer and sitting at anchor watch in the middle of the night in Summerside P.E.I.

Beautiful calm August night so there was nothing to do and being communications officer I had access to some pretty powerful and sensitive radio receiversso decided to see what radio stations I could listen too.  

About 2:00 am owing to some funny atmospheric conditions son of a gun if I pulled in CKOC just as they were running the Cayuga ad.  Made me homesick.  

Too bad I didn't know your background.  Remember this offer I got in the winter for one of my island properties.? (see photo) Maybe I could have exchanged it for something you might have in a three way deal and we could drive down together to the opening.  (only way I could get it by my boss.)  
You have so much better control of these matters then I do.

Unfortunately that property is now sold for more conventional and boss pleasing items.
