Too often people do not work on the property to bring out the potential.  With the 407 coming in; to dockside, Toronto will be only 50 minutes away.  

This had 132 ft of shoreline waterfront On Rice Lake and was 2/3rds of an acre.  See photos to see before and after I sold it.
