Boy I wish I had this power. Post a sherriffs sale but no date in the Gazette.
imagine the potential for tax sales ;D
It could only be organized by a real pro such as 8)
Would someone be kind and phone the sherriff and get the date. rest of post is repeated below..

All of which said right, title, interest and equity of redemption of Randall Nelson Daniel Sherman, defendant in the said lands and tenements described above, I shall offer for sale by Public Auction subject to the conditions set out below at, 89 James Street, Parry Sound, Ontario P2A 1T7 CONDITIONS: The purchaser to assume responsibility for all mortgages, charges, liens, outstanding taxes, and other encumbrances. No representation is made regarding the title of the land or any other matter relating to the interest to be sold. Responsibility for ascertaining these matters rests with the potential purchaser(s). TERMS: Deposit 10% of bid price or $1,000.00, whichever is greater Payable at time of sale by successful bidder To be applied to purchase price Non-refundable Ten business days from date of sale to arrange financing and pay balance in full at Sheriff?s Office 89 James Street, Parry Sound, Ontario P2A 1T7 All payments in cash or by certified cheque made payable to the Minister of Finance

This Sheriff's Sale will be held on April 28, 2016, at 89 James Street in Parry Sound
Also note that this property was once subject to a tax sale in July, 2014.

Did anyone look at any of the four Toronto sheriff sales yet?
They seem to be very interesting at a glance...

Do we know what happened at the tax sale....my guess is that it was redeemed by the mortgagee at the 11th hour, and now they have had to call in the Sheriff.
And who really did shoot the Sheriff, but not the deputy of course. 8)
