hi all, my introduction to "tax sales" was a few years ago -by opening my local paper and seeing a full page add listing all the properties that will be tendered for unpaid taxes. being the inquisitive type (yes i look at the obit's too -might know someone there  :D) i scoured down the list and was surprised to find a property in my cul de sac. wow - i yelled to the wife  "someones in trouble"- i read out the address, then it hit me.... hey, that's my address. heheh. i frantically contacted the city and quickly found out it was my neighbor. so sorry for the mistake. whew.  :o
I'll try not to burn up your bandwidth with stupid questions and spend my time reading the archives. just thought I'd drop a quick line.
