Does Newmarket have their results from auctions posted online? This property is interesting in that it is on a dead end road and lots on the other side of Yonge St. start at 775K. Be interesting to see what the outstanding amount is mortgaged and/or liens on the property - probably 400K so might be a real good deal.
You need a deep pocket for this one but there might be gold to be had!
