Looks like the New Tecumseth property went for enough money today.

No doubt the hot market is expanding to Tax Sale. It reminds me of one of my old neighbors' property - it recently got sold for $800k more than what he listed and expected to sell summer 2015 - almost twice as much as what he had expected only a year and a half ago.
