hi, i am new here, interested in gaining some knowledge about tax sale properties...as i have known and attended a tax sale in la salle about 10 years ago.....but never pursued it any further....now i think real estate is the way to go,  but am here to learn more indepth about it from those who are vastly experienced in it..thx.

I'm new as well... The most helpful thing to do is go back in time on the forum located here... read read read and read... when you have a question search it... and you guessed it ... Read. This 'research' method has been very helpful for me after a rocky start.

Welcome aboard tick4. Chris is right. Best way to gain knowledge is to read old posts. There are answers to many unique situations that can arise. Experts are also helpful and willing to provide information and clarity on certain issues. Good luck!

None of us are experts, that I am aware of...just hobbyists.  An expert is a guy that is at least 50 miles from home and has a brief case and a watch...in case he needs to tell you what time of day it is.

Hint, If you have a real tricky question that requires a serious answer...don't ask Dave - he will give you an answer but will always want a beer in return.  8)
