Any idea what happened with Culp? its back on

Not shown in the results for the May sale, likely pulled with the owner promising to pay up....and obviously didn't.  I'm surprised they would hold a sale for one property.  8)

yeah, but they already reported the sale with price....don't they only do that once someone has paid in full?

Don't know, call them they may tell you, could be any number of reasons:

- the top and second bidders could have walked....did you notice there is an execution against the property...could be crown, and if they didn't do their homework then they forfeit their deposits.

- owner could have come in at the last minute with a cheque...that bounced, or agreed to enter into an instalment situation, which went bad.

- municipality could have made some mistake in their ad or process, and had to do a 'do over'.

--etc., etc.
