sorry, i will need to wait till lawyer to get more information and survey for this properties, and i will relist it afterwards.

No No, First of all, I just made the rest of the payment today, and the Lawyer (from the Township) need to get all the paper work and deed done for me, and then mail it to me, and i think they do carry a survey, so that i would have a better understanding about my properties, lol. at the mean time, i think putting it as 25000 is abit high.

it is true you should know your property so that you can figure out how to present it to its best advantage.
you need to know the value and worth of your property..
