Did some initial digging on a few pieces , Its too north for me 


08-38  Landlocked near Vermillion river  sold for 10K in 2002  so essentially not worth chasing


08-44    0 Morgan Rd 160 acres      46?36'51.07"N  81?17'11.83"W  is the north west corner and runs 2400 ft east and about 2400 ft south   Nice river going thru property . I cant see any building on the site   PIN 733510150  Might be worth something If you live up that way,You arent driving 300 miles from Toronto for this.


08-55 google earth 1853 Gravel drive    Pin 735050135  south side of street

08-56   Pin 735060256   75 acres across the street NO BUILDING  .same owner,  Has very strange frontage and  I betting its not buildable as residential , Just bush and swamp..

Didn't this "0 Morgan Rd 160 acres" appear in the very last tax sale? I just tossed out those old files. Any one recall what happened then?

IIRC...

I looked at the 10AC site when it was on MLS a few years back. It was a divorce and the property was a mess. Long and narrow with lots of scrub birch and trash everywhere. I may be remembering another site. We walked away then, but I found it interesting to see it on the tax sale.

Less than 1 km from that property is a guy who has made quite a name for himself building log homes. Might have a builder lined up for once th esite was cleared... naw </walks away a second time>
