Gentlemen (and ladies), there are some fine looking properties coming up for sale in Muskoka. None are waterfront but many are acreages near the water on public roads that appear buildable. I think that these represent a great opportunity, although the reserve is a bit high on some.

Notwithstanding the amount of the reserve, there should be some serious action on these lots. I think that I'm in play on some of these and may end up meeting some members at the bid opening.

Let the games begin.

Depends what you are looking for on these lots, checked out the ones on Ridge Rd, look quite buildable, but no water access, a great walkout situation and heavily treed.   One lot does go down to the water but I believe that to be an E P area and water would be very shallow (swamp) the lake itself is not great as far as being a Muskoka lake, such as rocks trees water. Depends what you are looking for.
